• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) related courses.

• At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

• Must have a knowledge on Planning and Inventory Control

• Has average knowledge on 5S, ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP System

• Must have average knowledge Rigid Packaging

• Must be willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City

• Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department

• Coach and guide direct report to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions, and transfer

• Execute/Implement production plan (based on forecast and actual order)

• Ensures that jobs scheduled in production are delivered according to quantity, quality, and lead-time.

• Ensure machines are kept in good condition and implements scheduled machine maintenance.

• Analyzes production performance records and initiates corrective action and improvement on the process.
