QUALIFICATIONS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business-related courses

  • With at least 6 months of working experience in purchasing/inventory material or equivalent experience related to this position

  • Has basic knowledge on accounting processes and procedures

  • Has average knowledge on Good Documentation Practices

  • Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department

  • Coordinates orders and ensures customers receive goods on time

  • Ensures all shipping requirements are met completely and accurately

  • Coordinates and controls the order cycle and associated information system

  • Provides inputs in the production planning and inventory control system

  • Develops and implements stock control procedures to minimize loss and damage of stocks
