QUALIFICATIONS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business-related courses

With at least 6 months of working experience in purchasing/inventory material or equivalent experience related to this position

Has basic knowledge on accounting processes and procedures

Has average knowledge on Good Documentation Practices

Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department

Coordinates orders and ensures customers receive goods on time
-
Ensures all shipping requirements are met completely and accurately

Coordinates and controls the order cycle and associated information system
-
Provides inputs in the production planning and inventory control system
-
Develops and implements stock control procedures to minimize loss and damage of stocks
