QUALIFICATIONS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Tech, or BS Packaging Engineering

  • 1 year in any manufacturing industry (preferably Food Industry) working under Quality Department, R&D or in the Laboratory

  • Must have very good or excellent knowledge on QC tools, Root cause analysis or any Problem-solving tools

  • Has basic knowledge on Quantitative and Qualitative Chemistry, QMS, GMP, and HACCP system

  • Can work efficiently with less supervision and a team player.

  • Willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City

  • Oversees new product developments and changes or revisions as per the Customers’ requirements.

  • Plans and spearheads production line trials for new raw material and product qualifications or evaluation runs (For Flexible/ Houseware/ Film Extrusion)

  • Ensures that all Customer Requirements are translated into a Packaging Material Specification (PMS)

  • Facilitates preparation of Packaging samples as requested by the Customers.

  • Reviews all Work Instructions pertaining to the quality control tests being conducted on the Laboratory or in the Production Area and ensure these are updated and followed.
